Under our own registered trademark GEMOclean®, we supply you with high-quality stainless steel gearboxes and stainless steel motors as well as stainless steel geared motors. Our stainless steel gearboxes and stainless steel geared motors are predestined for use in the meat and fish industry, in pharmacy and chemistry as well as in shipbuilding. Thanks to the easy-to-clean, smooth surface, the gears can be used particularly well in hygienic work areas. Appropriate oils approved by the FDA, especially for use in the food industry, can be filled in at any time.
In addition, stainless steel geared motors offer the benefit of extreme corrosion resistance and offer exceptional resistance to harsh chemicals. These stainless steel geared motors can be used in a temperature range from -35° to +100° and are extremely economical due to their optimization of efficiency.
Of course, you can also get our worm geared motors, on request, as explosion-proof motors according to ATEX guidelines.

Paint or metal chipping due to aggressive cleaning agents can cause significant production problems in many industries. This can result in expensive product recalls and legal consequences. The GEMOclean® stainless steel drives sold by GEMOTEG GmbH & Co. KG will help you to eliminate this problem from your production in the future. Our stainless steel gearboxes and stainless steel motors are all made entirely of stainless steel and are therefore more hygienic and corrosion-resistant than aluminum or cast iron drives. Stainless steel drives are ideal for all areas of application in which production is to be hygienic and free of splintering. In addition to stainless steel worm gears and stainless steel spur gears, we also offer flat gears, bevel spur gears and bevel gears made of stainless steel. We offer our stainless steel motors both with and without a terminal box.
The stainless steel gearboxes and stainless steel geared motors are more germ-free, corrosion-resistant and resistant than painted drives.
The stainless steel worm gear and the spur gear precursors are made of AISI 304 stainless steel with the material number 1.4301. The stainless steel motors are made of AISI 316L stainless steel with the material number 1.4404. The motor power range that can be attached to our drives is between 0.12 ÷ 1.5 kW with torques between 21 ÷ 651 Nm. The drives are available with a gear reduction of i= 7-100 and a protection class up to IP 69K in sizes I30, I45, I50, I63, I85 & I11.
The stainless steel drives can optionally be expanded with special shafts, special flanges and stainless steel hollow shafts. A NEMA motor input and FDA-approved oils and stainless steel couplings with stainless steel coupling stars are also possible. Output flanges, output shafts, feet, protective caps and spacer rings are available as accessories for our stainless steel drives. In addition, we are happy to offer you suitable stainless steel control cabinets.
The stainless steel gearboxes and stainless steel geared motors are in a higher price segment than standard aluminum gearboxes and electric motors due to the use of high-quality stainless steel. Our stainless steel drives are not suitable for the high purity area.
